"Who is solving my problem — and where does it stand?"

Internal tickets for the whole company: IT, HR, Finance, Operations. Every ticket has a number, an owner, a deadline and a visible path from beginning to end.

TRIAGE→ ASSIGNED→ IN PROGRESS→ RESOLVED→ CLOSED
Whoever opens the ticket is who closes the ticket. Resolved only becomes closed when you confirm it — nothing dies in a black hole.

Where do your tickets die today?

Every company already has a ticket "system". It just has no number, no owner, no deadline — and no memory.

ON WHATSAPP

"I sent it to you last week, scroll up in the chat…" — the request sinks into the group and nobody knows whether anyone picked it up.

IN EMAIL

"Forwarding again for your awareness" — three people in copy, nobody responsible, no deadline at all.

IN THE CORRIDOR

"Could you take a look at that when you get a chance?" — solved? forgotten? Nobody will ever know. There is no record.

This is how a ticket lives

Your team's queue, with state, calculated priority (impact × urgency), owner and the two SLA clocks — which pause when the ticket is waiting on you, not on the person responsible.

TK-10272nd floor printer printing blank pagesRESOLVED — awaiting your acceptance

Luiz T. (IT) sent it back to you: "Toner replaced and fuser recalibrated. I printed the test page in colour — have a look." If it is fixed, close it. If it is not, the rejection goes back to the same person, with the clock reset — and the reopening becomes a quality metric. Try both buttons.

How was the service? ★★★★★

Open a ticket yourself — it is 4 fields

Title, area, type and description. You do not choose the priority: it comes out of the impact × urgency matrix, and triage adjusts it if needed. Fill it in and watch the ticket get a number, an owner and a deadline:

New ticket

the way any employee opens one — no training
Calculated priority: P3 (medium impact × medium urgency) — triage may adjust it

Your ticket's path appears here →

  • Ticket created—
  • Triagepriority confirmed: P3 · area IT
  • Assignedowner: Débora S. · SLA: respond within 4 h, resolve within 16 h
  • In progressDébora accepted it and started working
  • Resolved — sent back to youand it only closes when you confirm

In the real app, a ticket also comes in by email, Slack, Teams or WhatsApp — the channel is on record from day 1.

Serious for whoever manages

Every action you took on this page moved an indicator. This is how a manager sees the operation — without asking anyone for a status.

94%
within SLA this month — with the clock paused while the ticket waits on the requester
4,8
average CSAT — a 1-click survey when the closure is accepted
6%
reopened — every rejection by the requester counts; it is the quality metric the black hole hides

Simple for whoever opens, serious for whoever manages

1

Open one in 4 fields

Title, area, type and a guided description — what happened, what was expected. The priority is not chosen: it is calculated by impact × urgency, and triage adjusts it if needed.

2

Follow it without asking

Every ticket has a quotable number, an owner and two visible SLA clocks. Is it waiting on information from you? The clock pauses — the indicator measures whoever resolves, not whoever waits.

3

Close it only when it is solved

The person responsible sends it back, you confirm — and answer the 1-click survey. With no reply after a few days the ticket closes itself, always visible and always reopenable.
