Two: Beta FIDC (Monthly Report, due in 2 business days) and FII Horizonte (quarterly statement). The answer uses only facts from the system — each item with a link, an owner and a deadline.

From the CVM record to the approved filing, in three steps

Import the classes from the CVM

Type the administrator's company ID and every class loads from the public registry. The bylaws PDF becomes executable rules — with page and excerpt of origin — that only take effect after a person approves.

Data enters once

The receivables ledger, item by item, feeds portfolio, PDD, NAV, limit compliance, filings, Doc 3040 and collections. Every figure with 8 decimal places and lineage: where it came from, who touched it.

Who prepares doesn't approve

Draft → review → approval by another person → submission with protocol. The bell notifies the approver; the operator cannot approve what she herself prepared.
